In the event that the Buyer does not specify the colour of the Goods in writing, we shall be entitled to send the Buyer Goods of any colour without notifying the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer does specify a colour in writing, we endeavour to supply the Buyer the Goods in the colour specified and should the chosen colour be unavailable, we may contact you. However, we reserve the right to supply an alternative colour without notifying the Buyer.
